The loveable loser.  He is the king of screw ups and no task is “Sprat proof”.  His child like naivety is the root of most of his problems but it also helps him maintain a cheerful attitude despite his shortcomings.  He has no idea he’s the butt of everyone’s jokes and cannot see that his hair brained schemes are doomed for failure.
